This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1mdb platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of this platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1mdb platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use 1mdb's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
- Not residing in a jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online betting activities.
- Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
The 1mdb platform reserves the right to reject registration or close the account of any user found to not meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.
These terms apply to all users of the 1mdb platform regardless of their location within Malaysia. The latest version of these terms is the only valid version and supersedes all previous versions.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1mdb platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without any refund. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. Any false or misleading information discovered may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. We strongly recommend using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
1mdb reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms contained in this document.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotions.
- Providing false information during registration or account verification.
- Misuse of technical systems or attempts to manipulate game outcomes.
- Requests by the relevant authorities.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited in full depending on the severity of the violation.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1mdb platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods listed and approved by the platform, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and supported local banks.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or digital wallet details registered are accurate and belong to them. 1mdb shall not be held liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the support page. The platform reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review or identity verification purposes, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds through unapproved methods or via third-party accounts is prohibited and may result in the account being frozen pending investigation.

Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited for all users of the 1mdb platform:

- Distributing content that is unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent through the platform.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities.
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system with the intent to gain unauthorised advantages.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
Platform Liability Limits
Platform 1mdb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including:
- Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
- Data loss resulting from unavoidable technical failures or cyberattacks.
- Game outcome disputes based on the user's personal interpretation.
- Inaccuracies in information entered by the user themselves.
This platform is provided "as is" and 1mdb makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 1mdb platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is intellectual property owned by or licensed to the platform operator. This content is protected under Malaysia's copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1mdb's management.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. 1mdb is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such external sites. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
1mdb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable version.
